At Bluegrass Brothers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible return and exchange policy for most items.

Full-Price Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of the order date to receive a refund or exchange, provided that the items are in new condition with original tags attached. Please note that we are unable to accept returns of items purchased from third-party retailers. The refund will be applied to the original method of payment.

During the holiday shopping period, Full-Price Merchandise purchased between November 15, 2021, and December 25, 2021, must be returned within 60 days of the order date to receive a refund or exchange. This extension allows gift recipients ample time to return or exchange items if needed.

Sale-Price Merchandise purchased during promotional campaigns or holiday sales (excluding November-December) must be returned within 30 days.

Final Sale Items, including all Clearance, Outlet, or Final Sale Items, are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or credit.

**Please note that Gift Cards and Gifts With Purchase cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.

You may exchange an item for the same item/style number in a different color and/or size only. If you would like a different item/style number, please process as a return and place a new order for the desired item. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
